Buddha: Vegan truffle. Ingredients include house bittersweet chocolate and coconut cream.
Strawberry Balsamic: Features a puree of local strawberries, dark chocolate, and balsamic vinegar. Rolled in nibs and dark chocolate.
Hazelnut Crunch: Freshly ground hazelnut butter, caramelized hazelnut bits, and milk chocolate. Covered with dark chocolate.
Lavender Honey Caramel: Hawk creek honey caramel infused with Mountain farm lavender. Sprinkled with lavender salt.
Maple and Smoked Salt: Ingredients include sweet organic butter, maple syrup, milk and dark chocolates.
Cashew Honey Caramel: Slightly bittersweet honey caramel filled with roaster organic cashews. Covered in milk chocolate.
Masala Chai: Chai spices including clove, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, vanilla, Darjeeling tea, and milk chocolate. Dipped in dark chocolate.
Cafe au Lait: Mountain Air Roasting coffee in dark chocolate ganache. Dipped in milk chocolate.
