wholesale policies
All Moko & Company tote bags, zip pouches, tea towels, and wood ornaments are available for wholesale purchase.
Proof of sales permit
Retailers must show proof of valid sales permit ID for resale purposes.
Production time
Allow 2-4 weeks for production.
Payment
Full payment will be charged upon receipt of initial order. Net 30 terms may be established on subsequent orders. We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and checks.
Shipping
Shipping will be charged upon receipt of initial order and Net 30 if terms are established for subsequent orders. We ship either USPS or Fed Ex.
Cancellation/Returns
We charge a 30% cancellation fee if cancelled within 3 weeks of agreed upon ship date and production has begun. We accept returns of products from initial orders that have not been customized after a 60 day trial period if still in new condition. We do not accept returns on customized products and subsequent orders unless items are damaged at fault of Moko and Company or the order was processed incorrectly. In these cases, products will be returned and replaced. This must be reported 7 days after receipt of order.

Minimums
Tote bags: 6 bags/design.
Zip Pouches: 6 pouches/design.
Tea towels: 6 towels/design.
Wood state ornaments: 12 ornaments/design.
